iStore – Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) is offering in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair services for more than two decades. Our Service Centre is well equipped to meet Apple’s standards at all times with regard to service levels, certification of technicians and availability of service to customers.

We also perform setup, installation, repair, and other services such as upgrades and non-Covered Repairs in accordance with the guidelines set forward under Apple’s GSX Resources.

Prepare before repair

Getting you back up and running is important. If we need to order parts from Apple the most repairs are turned around in 5 - 12 working days (depending upon the DHL and Pakistan Customs performance.)​
To perform a repair on your Apple device you might be needing your Apple ID and password.
You are requested to please take backup of all of your data at a secure media.
We may require proof of purchase from the Authorised source, if not purchased from iStore.

Out of Warranty

Let our engineers diagnose the problem in your device. They will give you a detailed quote for the repair including any parts that may be required.
Diagnostic Charges are PKR 2500 and other repairs will be quoted after diagnostics are performed, before commencing repair. Diagnostic Charges will be waved off if repair is carried out by iStore.
Diagnostic Charges PKR 2500 if product is not claimable under Apple Standard Warranty. Service/Support or software upgrade charges will be PKR 2500. Data recovery charges starting from PRK 2500 (depending upon the data magnitude and tools used for recovery.
